1. Eligibility for Refunds
Our services, including Web3 ad campaigns, NFT-based advertising assets, and blockchain-verified ad placements, are digital and non-tangible. Refunds are only available under the following conditions:

Service Not Delivered: If G Line fails to deliver the agreed-upon advertising service (e.g., an ad campaign is not launched or an NFT ad asset is not minted) within the agreed timeframe, you may request a full refund.

Technical Failure on Our End: If a verifiable technical issue on G Line’s platform prevents the delivery or functionality of the service (e.g., a smart contract fails to execute as promised), you may be eligible for a refund.

Non-Eligible Cases: Refunds will not be issued for:

Changes in personal circumstances or preferences (e.g., deciding you no longer want the ad campaign).

Issues arising from user error, such as providing incorrect wallet addresses for NFT ad assets.

Fluctuations in cryptocurrency value used for payment (e.g., ETH price changes).

Services already rendered, such as ad campaigns that have been launched or NFT assets that have been minted and transferred to your wallet.

2. Refund Window
You must request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date or the agreed-upon delivery date of the service, whichever is later. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Provide any necessary evidence, such as transaction IDs or screenshots of the issue.

Our team will review your request within 5 business days and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method (e.g., cryptocurrency wallet) within 7 business days of approval. Note that transaction fees (e.g., gas fees) are non-refundable, as they are determined by the blockchain network.
4. No Refunds for Digital Assets
Once an NFT ad asset or digital advertising product has been minted, transferred to your wallet, or used in a campaign, it cannot be returned or refunded. This is due to the immutable nature of blockchain transactions. We encourage you to carefully review all campaign details and terms before purchasing.
5. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a service before it is delivered (e.g., before an ad campaign launches or an NFT is minted), you may do so within 24 hours of purchase by contacting support@gline.io. A full refund will be issued if the service has not yet been initiated. Cancellations after this period are not eligible for refunds.
